We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who LOVE animals to join our team! You must have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and communicate well with peers and clients and be computer literate. It’s also very important that you are able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Because we are a small practice, everyone is cross trained in reception and veterinary assistant duties. We also all play an extremely important role in making sure that our customer service is superior.

Some of your duties will include:

  • interacting with clients
  • scheduling appointments (in person, on the phone and through email)
  • taking payments
  • answering phones
  • collect and process laboratory samples
  • picking up and restraining pets for exams and treatment (must be able to lift at least 50#’s
  • assist the doctor in the exam room and surgery

You must be able to handle blood and potential traumas.
